A festive time to come together with professional colleagues, celebrate the holidays and look forward to the new year! In the spirit of the holidays, this event will be a venue for collecting donations for Santa's Helpers.
DRINK SPONSOR: $150 (ONE SOLD, NEED ONE MORE)
-To provide drink tickets to attendees. Sponsor logos will be printed on drink tickets with each sponsor logo being printed on ½ of the drink tickets. Each adult attendee will get two drink tickets (one from each of the sponsors).
DINNER SPONSOR: $150 (ONE SOLD, MORE AVAILABLE)
- To help offset dinner costs for the meal. This will be a full buffet style dinner. The buffet table will have signage recognizing the sponsors.
DESSERT SPONSOR: $150 (SOLD OUT)
- To provide desert selections to our attendees. The dessert table will have signage recognizing the sponsor.
DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR: (no limit on number of sponsors or value of prizes)
- Either contribute funds for the purchase of door prizes or donate an item to be included in our door prize drawings. All donations will be verbally recognized as prizes are awarded. Sponsors donating $150 or more (or items valued at $150 or more) will have their logos printed on the raffle tickets.
We will be having a voluntary "white elephant" gift exchange. If you would like to participate please bring a wrapped gift (max $20-$25 value).
We will also be collecting unwrapped toys for Santa's Helpers. Hope to see you there!
